Welcome to my new Blog Site! This site was created to discuss various topics pertaining to Voice Telecommunications and where technology is taking it. Any topic is welcomed such as how the job market has changed in this field, what is happening with all the "Old School" knowledgeable people and how the skills are being combined with Network Managers. Also would like to see discussions on where vendors are focusing, such as Avaya's takeover of Nortel, Cisco's future platform, and any thoughts on how all other voice communication vendors will try to gain more market share and who to watch out for.
